Instructional Designer, Services Analyst I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Jamaica.

📋 Description

• Develops and designs fundamental learning solutions, encompassing web-based education, instructor-led training, blended learning, and virtual sessions, tailored to the client's technological framework.

• Structures client-supplied learning objectives and source materials into coherent instructional sequences that align with learners' cultural backgrounds and levels of expertise.

• Addresses client design requirements, including managing escalations and queries related to design and subject matter expert challenges.

• Updates or reconstructs learning solutions based on client feedback.

• Ensures timely delivery of projects while adhering to budget constraints.

• Preserves and updates existing training materials.
