Senior RAS Training Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Saudi Arabia.

📋 Description

• Provide education and training on Medtronic Robotic Assisted Surgery technologies, therapies, procedures, and initiatives beyond the product.

• Assist new hires participating in the training program.

• Act as an education and content expert within project or launch teams.

• Collaborate with MedEd, Digital Education, Marketing, and sales leaders to enhance and deliver training programs.

• Design and conduct workshops and hands-on training sessions for external audiences.

• Offer classroom, lab, or web-based technical product and procedure instruction.

• Conduct competency-based skills assessments for trainees.

• Supply subject matter expertise on Medtronic products, therapies, procedures, and initiatives beyond the product.

• Track market dynamics and competitor activities in partnership with Marketing, Sales, and Market Intelligence teams.

• Cultivate expertise in RAS system technology and applications, OR efficiency, training pathways, and training/coaching methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Over 5 years of experience in training, field sales, sales support, clinical, or technical roles within the medical device or healthcare industry.

• Experience with medical devices related to Robotic Assisted Surgery technologies, capital equipment, or similar technologies.

• Clinical and/or operating room experience.

• Demonstrated training experience, including responsibilities in technical training.

• Familiarity with learning and education technology, including programming systems.

• Proficiency in both English and Arabic.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a high capacity for handling challenges.

• Experience in designing, developing, delivering, and assessing product- and procedure-based technical education and training using blended learning solutions.

• Professional work ethic.

• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
