Senior Rails Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Ruby on Rails applications within a multi-tenant, multi-database framework.

• Implement and enhance integrations with external CRM systems utilizing APIs and webhook-driven data.

• Construct and manage background jobs for data synchronization, order processing, and outbound tasks.

• Collaborate with team members to deliver features and address issues effectively.

• Write and uphold comprehensive test suites while ensuring code quality through automated linting processes.

• Engage in code reviews and participate in architectural discussions.

• Diagnose issues and optimize performance throughout the entire technology stack.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience with Ruby on Rails development.

• Proven experience in multi-tenant Rails applications and database partitioning techniques.

• Skilled in integrating with external APIs and managing webhook-driven data flows.

• Proficient with background job frameworks such as ActiveJob and Sidekiq.

• Knowledgeable about contemporary Rails best practices, testing methodologies, and CI/CD workflows.

• Familiar with frontend build tools and modern frontend technologies.

• Excellent communication skills with a strong ability to work collaboratively.

• Experience in event management, e-commerce, or Software as a Service (SaaS) sectors.

• Understanding of email marketing systems and third-party integrations.

• Familiarity with containerization technologies and cloud deployment strategies.
