πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Collaborate closely with the CEO and Product Strategy stakeholders to comprehend key strategic inquiries and develop analyses and reports to address them.

β€’ Employ statistical techniques such as conjoint analysis and multivariate regression to pinpoint product attributes that enhance productivity and convert insights into portfolio recommendations.

β€’ Recognize and account for confounding factors such as stock-outs, new or discontinued SKUs, and seasonal variations.

β€’ Detect data discrepancies at the source and amend records in Snowflake while enhancing upstream data accuracy.

β€’ Clearly present findings to both technical and non-technical executive audiences.

β€’ Advise on and sustain ongoing analytics and reporting regarding SKU productivity.

β€’ Utilize AI throughout the workflow to expedite data exploration, automate repetitive reporting tasks, identify errors, and boost output.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ 2–5 years of experience in data science, analytics, or statistics within similar SKU-driven industries.

β€’ Strong foundation in statistics or operations research, encompassing regression, hypothesis testing, multivariate analysis, and optimization.

β€’ Proficient in SQL and Python.

β€’ Practical experience with Snowflake, including the ability to write back for correcting or cleaning production data.

β€’ Proven history of presenting findings and challenging assumptions with senior stakeholders and executives.

β€’ Capable of independently setting analysis priorities aligned with business objectives and delivering accurate, impactful work in a timely manner.

β€’ Knowledge of SKU-level economics, including sell-through rates, margins, inventory status, and lifecycle stages.

β€’ Practical experience utilizing AI/ML in a business context for task automation.

β€’ Excellent English communication skills and a strong sense of ownership.
