This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the establishment and upkeep of the Quality Management System (QMS) that aligns with ISO 9001 standards.

• Aid in the formulation and maintenance of the Quality Management Plan (QMP).

• Ensure that the QMS accurately defines and documents the organization's processes, procedures, and responsibilities to achieve quality policies, practices, and objectives.

• Monitor and report on quality performance metrics across all program components.

• Assist in the preparation and delivery of quality contributions for Program Management Reviews (PMRs) and Monthly Status Reports (MSRs).

• Conduct thorough quality reviews of all documentation.

• Maintain configuration settings, version details, and system baseline information.

• Review and validate test outcomes, deficiency reports, and their resolutions.

• Identify, document, track, and report instances of quality non-compliance across all program components.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree combined with over 5 years of experience in Quality Management, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required.

• A minimum of 3-5 years of progressive quality assurance experience on complex federal government IT or systems integration projects.

• Proven experience in implementing and maintaining Quality Management Systems (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 principles.

• Must be a U.S. Person.

• Must successfully complete all required background checks and security screenings.

• Prior experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst on FAA or DoD simulation/training system programs.

• Experience in providing quality assurance support for programs with nationwide multi-site deployments.

• Must be available for quarterly PMRs at designated locations.

• Must be available to participate in both in-person and virtual meetings.

• Must be available to perform on-site quality reviews at designated locations.
