Senior Quality Assurance Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Engage from the initial phases of projects, aiding in the analysis of requirements, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.

• Recognize systemic impacts and risks associated with deliverables, maintaining a comprehensive understanding of business processes.

• Formulate test strategies, plans, scenarios, and cases that align with project goals.

• Perform functional, integration, regression, exploratory, and automated testing.

• Organize and assist in the execution of non-functional tests, including performance, load, security, and data persistence testing.

• Verify system integrations and ensure adherence to business rules.

• Document, monitor, and facilitate the resolution of defects and nonconformities in collaboration with development teams.

• Handle multiple projects and teams concurrently.

• Generate quality indicators, metrics, and reports.

• Advocate for continuous enhancements in development and testing methodologies.

• Share expertise and promote quality best practices, aiding in the professional growth of colleagues in the field.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in Software Quality Assurance (QA).

• Proficiency in testing Java and Angular applications.

• Familiarity with Oracle databases.

• Experience in developing test strategies, plans, and scenarios.

• Background in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

• Understanding of test automation.

• Experience with functional, integration, regression, and exploratory testing.

• Knowledge of performance, load, and security testing.

• Proficiency in SQL and database queries.

• Experience in analyzing and validating requirements and business rules.

• Capacity to identify systemic impacts and risks related to deliverables.

• Experience in tracking and managing bugs and incidents.

• Possession of a completed higher education degree.
