Quality Assurance Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Evaluate work, data, processes, and completed tasks for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company standards.

• Detect errors, defects, inconsistencies, and deviations from established protocols.

• Clearly document quality issues and provide ample detail for resolution.

• Monitor quality outcomes and pinpoint recurring issues, patterns, and trends.

• Convey findings and assist in implementing corrective measures.

• Follow up to ensure that identified issues are effectively resolved.

• Keep organized records of inspections, reviews, test results, and quality documentation.

• Adhere to established quality procedures, checklists, and guidelines.

• Manage company and confidential information with care and professionalism.

• Identify feasible process enhancements to minimize errors and ensure consistent quality.

• Stay updated with relevant quality standards, tools, and procedures.

• Provide assistance with other quality-related and administrative tasks as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, inspection, or a similar role.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

• Strong attention to detail and dedication to accuracy.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, particularly Excel or Google Sheets.

• Familiarity with quality management systems or inspection software is beneficial but not mandatory.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.

• Good organizational and time-management capabilities.

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.

• Comfortable communicating via email, messaging platforms, and video meetings.

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
