Senior QA Test Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Establish the automated testing strategy and framework for all development teams.

• Spearhead the shift from manual testing to automation within the teams.

• Ensure the architecture, structure, conventions, and best practices for automated tests utilizing Playwright.

• Create and implement automated execution pipelines for each deployment, embedding quality within CI/CD.

• Streamline and enhance test creation through AI-driven documentation and the sharing of standards.

• Maintain dependable test environments with clean, reproducible databases, containers, and integrated and versioned tests.

• Evaluate test code and establish quality gates.

• Guide squad analysts and facilitate knowledge sharing.

• Track coverage metrics and collaborate with leadership to prioritize automation efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience with test automation architecture (patterns, Page Object Model, modularization) using Playwright.

• Proficiency in CI/CD for testing (pipelines, execution per deployment) with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or a comparable platform.

• Knowledge of containerized test environments (Docker) and strategies for clean, reproducible databases.

• Understanding of test strategy (testing pyramid, integration, version, and regression testing) and quality gate establishment.

• Familiarity with AI-driven documentation and standardized test generation.

• Advanced skills in SQL, results analysis, and test coverage metrics.

• Over 5 years of QA experience, with a solid background in test automation, test architecture, and technical leadership/mentoring.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education qualification.
