This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform regular assessments of participant case files to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to Federal WIOA/TANF, State, local, and corporate guidelines.

• Oversee data entries in State Systems and other participant management systems, ensuring precision and punctuality.

• Detect deficiencies and trends, document findings, and propose corrective actions.

• Assist local QA personnel in resolving file and data discrepancies to prevent eligibility issues or disallowed costs.

• Facilitate bi-weekly check-in calls with Program Directors, Regional Directors, and other relevant staff.

• Daily maintain and update several spreadsheets and reporting tools.

• Review quality assurance reports and dashboards, informing the Quality Assurance Manager of any discrepancies.

• Aid in the preparation for and response to program monitoring and audits.

• Contribute to the development and ongoing enhancement of policies, procedures, and quality management practices.

• Collaborate with the Training Coordinator to address recurring issues and deliver targeted training to local QA staff.

• Keep up-to-date with standard operating procedures and updates related to contracts and TEGL.

• Evaluate incoming invoices, payment requisitions, and ACH requests for accuracy, authorization, and completeness of documentation.

• Process weekly billing by creating detailed payment spreadsheets and submitting them for approval and payment.

• Identify missing data, duplicate entries, or mathematical inconsistencies and work with operations, project managers, and fiscal teams to rectify variances.

• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality when managing participant information.

• Undertake other duties and projects as needed.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent workforce experience is required.

• Experience with WIOA, TANF, and/or SNAP in quality assurance, monitoring, compliance, case management, and/or eligibility is essential.

• Exceptional attention to detail, along with strong organizational, analytical, research, and critical thinking abilities.

• Proficient in computer usage, with advanced MS Excel skills, familiarity with Google Drive, and the capability to learn specialized databases and software systems.

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment while upholding a high degree of confidentiality.
