Senior QA Automation Engineer – AWS, Salesforce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Design and execute an automated testing framework that encompasses the AWS-hosted web application and associated Salesforce native workflows.

• Automate comprehensive user journeys that traverse platforms, including cloud web UI actions that initiate Salesforce deployments or metadata backups.

• Develop robust Salesforce Lightning UI tests capable of managing dynamic ID modifications and Shadow DOM components.

• Create API automation suites that validate real-time data integrations, webhooks, and secure queues between AWS and Salesforce.

• Integrate automated testing suites into contemporary Git-based CI/CD pipelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in QA Automation Engineering, with a focus on complex enterprise integrations.

• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Lightning architecture, metadata, security models, and developer workflows.

• Skilled in code-first automation (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium) or possess extensive expertise in Salesforce-specific automated testing frameworks (Provar, ACCELQ, or UTAM).

• Proficient in REST API testing and have a strong understanding of SOQL queries for direct verification of Salesforce databases.

• Significant experience in establishing automated test processes within CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab, or cloud-based developer tools).
