Senior QA Automation Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Create automated test scripts to verify product functionality and performance at various development stages

• Develop comprehensive and structured test plans and cases

• Assess, prioritize, and manage testing activities

• Detect, document, and monitor bugs

• Conduct thorough regression testing following bug fixes

• Define and implement testing protocols that align with client specifications

• Track quality assurance metrics, such as defect densities and counts of unresolved defects

• Assist in automation for a fintech initiative that provides loans to funds overseen by asset managers

• Collaborate on an application hosted within a separate AWS account

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English, both spoken and written

• Over 4 years of experience in Quality Assurance / Test Automation

• Skilled in a programming language, ideally Python

• Experience in performance testing, integration testing, and test automation

• Familiarity with Selenium and PyTest is preferred

• Knowledge in software integration and system testing within cloud environments (AWS)

• Experience with CI/CD processes, including integration with Build pipelines

• Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Confluence and Jira) is a plus

• Understanding of REST/JSON and/or SOAP/XML web services is advantageous

• Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and modern browser technologies is a plus
