Senior QA Automation Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Qatar.

• Assess and refine current automated testing procedures.

• Enhance the reliability, maintainability, coverage, and efficiency of test execution.

• Create and implement automation frameworks and testing strategies for complex software solutions and integrations.

• Expand and optimize agentic testing processes, including AI-driven and autonomous testing scenarios, validations, and workflows.

• Recognize automation deficiencies and suggest improvements.

• Foster ongoing advancement of QA methodologies within the team.

• Rapidly grasp, maintain, and assume responsibility for the existing automated test suite.

• Extensive knowledge in test automation.

• Capability to swiftly comprehend, maintain, and take charge of an existing automated test suite.

• Proficient in reviewing and improving current automated tests.

• Proven experience in enhancing reliability, maintainability, coverage, and execution efficiency.

• Background in designing and implementing automation frameworks and testing strategies across complex software solutions and integrations.

• Ability to expand and optimize agentic testing processes, including AI-driven and autonomous testing scenarios, validations, and workflows.

• Strong sense of ownership.

• Aptitude for identifying automation gaps, suggesting improvements, and promoting the continuous advancement of QA practices within the team.
