Senior QA Automation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Participate in a groundbreaking project within a diverse and collaborative environment.

• Improve software product quality through the use of automated testing techniques.

• Create, develop, and implement test plans and test cases for web, mobile, and desktop applications.

• Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.

• Develop, maintain, and run automated test scripts utilizing Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, Playwright, Pytest, or similar tools.

• Identify, document, and manage defects using a bug-tracking system.

• Collaborate closely with developers to replicate and resolve issues.

• Apply best practices in testing and quality assurance.

• Work alongside cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Deliver high-quality applications that not only meet but exceed client expectations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency with testing tools such as Selenium, JMeter, Postman, Cypress, or equivalent.

• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), and Agile methodologies.

• Experience using test case management tools like TestRail, Jira, or similar platforms.

• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript for test automation purposes.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Outstanding communication and teamwork skills.

• Fluent English is required.

• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, or similar is a plus.

• Familiarity with cloud-based testing platforms is advantageous.

• Exposure to API testing and security testing is considered a plus.

• ISTQB or other relevant certifications are beneficial.
