Senior QA Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Serve as a test analyst with a focus on functional test automation.

• Conduct functional testing for backend/API, web, and mobile applications.

• Implement functional test automation using tools such as Cypress, Karate, Newman, Appium, and others.

• Develop test cases, perform validations, and produce test evidence.

• Utilize Jenkins and Jira for project management.

• Employ agile methodologies in testing processes.

• Collaborate with relational databases.

• Carry out non-functional testing using JMeter/K6.

• Integrate artificial intelligence into development, including AI API integration and tools like Devin, Cursor, or Gemini.

• Tackle challenges and adapt to various contexts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in manual, automated, functional, and non-functional testing (JMeter).

• Proficient in creating BDD scenarios utilizing Gherkin.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies.

• Experience in testing APIs, as well as web and mobile applications.

• Competence with tools such as Karate, Cypress, Appium, Rest Assured, Newman + Postman, or Robot Framework.

• Understanding of BDD, smoke testing, and sanity testing practices.

• Background in artificial intelligence.

• Knowledge of SQL.

• Experience using Jenkins and Jira.

• Acquainted with relational databases.
