Senior Python Full Stack Developer – AWS Cloud, AWS Deployments

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Design, create, implement, and provide support for cloud-native applications utilizing AWS

• Host and oversee applications on Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS)

• Operate across both application and cloud infrastructure layers

• Deliver secure, scalable, and highly available enterprise-level solutions

• Independently drive technical tasks to completion

• Collaborate with stakeholders and effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

• Ensure application quality, reliability, security, and maintainability

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer

• Strong expertise in application development using Python and/or modern web technologies

• Practical experience in designing, developing, deploying, and supporting cloud-native applications on AWS

• Experience with applications hosted and managed on Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS)

• A robust software engineering mindset

• Ability to work across both application and cloud infrastructure layers

• Experience in delivering secure, scalable, and highly available solutions within an enterprise environment

• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and/or TypeScript

• Familiarity with frameworks such as Django, Flask, FastAPI, React, Angular, or Vue.js

• Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and Amazon EKS

• Knowledge of Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, AWS CodePipeline, or Azure DevOps

• Experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, or AWS CDK

• Familiarity with databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, DynamoDB, or MongoDB

• Experience with monitoring tools such as CloudWatch, Datadog, Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, or ELK

• Proficient with Git, GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket

• Ability to work independently while driving technical tasks to completion

• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills

• Capable of clearly articulating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

• Willingness to adapt and learn new technologies

• A strong emphasis on application quality, reliability, security, and maintainability
