Senior Python Developer, CRM – AI/LLM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kazakhstan, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Engage in backend development of the CRM/ERP product utilizing Python, primarily focusing on the Django framework.

• Collaborate with Camunda, including the support of its infrastructure.

• Integrate with LLM models and establish and maintain services for their operation.

• Design service architecture, make informed technical decisions, break down and estimate tasks, and take part in code reviews.

• Provide consultation to System Analysis, QA, and Technical Support teams.

• Oversee development projects within the stream and coordinate team resources to meet project objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional software development experience, including a background in a Senior Developer position.

• More than 5 years of experience in Python development with Django or FastAPI.

• Profound knowledge of PostgreSQL with the capability to write raw SQL queries.

• Experience in designing APIs and integrations.

• Familiarity with high-load systems and large databases.

• Solid understanding of GitFlow and CI/CD processes, including proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes.

• English proficiency at B1 (Intermediate) level or higher, encompassing spoken English skills.
