Senior Python Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Participate in the complete software development lifecycle, spanning from requirements analysis to implementation, testing, and deployment.

• Plan and design the technical execution of new product features.

• Create robust functionalities for the opti.node SaaS solution.

• Maintain high standards of quality through implementation, code reviews, and innovative solutions.

• Offer technical guidance to the development team and Product Owner on various technical issues.

• Share expertise and empower colleagues to tackle new challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development.

• At least 5 years of experience in developing web applications.

• Strong programming abilities and a solid technical understanding.

• Familiarity with Django, Litestar, Redis, and PostgreSQL is preferred.

• Excellent comprehension of software architectures.

• Knowledge of DevOps practices, including Docker and Kubernetes, is advantageous.

• Experience with managed cloud platforms like Azure and AWS is a plus.

• Enthusiasm for current trends and cutting-edge technologies.

• Proficiency in German.

• Capability to compose technical documentation in English.

• Passion for the climate-friendly energy transition.
