Senior Python and AI Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create applications and services driven by LLMs utilizing Python.

• Design and execute RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions.

• Collaborate with vector databases for knowledge indexing and retrieval purposes.

• Develop agent-based frameworks and multi-agent systems.

• Construct pipelines and applications using LangChain and/or LangGraph.

• Apply observability practices for AI applications employing tools such as Langfuse.

• Integrate AI solutions with APIs, microservices, and existing systems.

• Work alongside cross-functional teams to convert business requirements into AI-driven solutions.

• Maintain quality, scalability, and adherence to best practices in AI solution development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience with Python.

• Background in developing applications with LLMs.

• Familiarity with LangChain and/or LangGraph.

• Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).

• Proficiency with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, Chroma, or similar).

• Experience in building multi-agent architectures.

• Knowledge of API development and service integrations.

• Familiarity with Git and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

• Holder of a completed higher education degree.

• Preferred: Experience with Java.

• Preferred: Familiarity with Langfuse or LLM observability tools.

• Preferred: Understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture.

• Preferred: Experience in deploying and managing AI applications in the cloud.

• Preferred: Experience with React for user interface development.

• Preferred: Intermediate proficiency in English.
