Senior Public Relations Account Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Act as the central point of all activities for assigned accounts

• Manage daily account operations and ensure all deadlines are adhered to

• Supervise junior team members

• Provide insights into various technology accounts, including ownership and deliverables

• Pitch and secure media opportunities

• Compose media pitches, press releases, and submissions for speakers

• Organize tours and campaigns

• Engage strategically with client executives while understanding their business, market, and competitive landscape

• Monitor industry trends and news cycles, proactively utilizing them for client benefit

• Collaborate effectively across teams

• Contribute to new business pitches through research, brainstorming, and program development

• Present at meetings and pitches for new business

• Oversee productivity and provide tangible contributions to the agency

• Daily tracking of non-billable and client billable hours

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in public relations or a communications-related field

• Bachelor’s degree in public relations, English, or a communications-related discipline

• Established relationships with the press and a proven history of achieving excellent coverage

• Capability to multi-task and manage projects from inception to completion

• Innovative and self-motivated

• Excellent writing skills, encompassing the development of pitches, press releases, PR plans, and client-ready materials
