Senior Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner – Clinical Performance, Governance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee clinical audits

• Perform in-depth analysis of outcome metrics

• Manage discharge procedures and risk processes

• Facilitate training programs to enhance service quality

• Provide structured case management to internal Senior PWPs

• Offer clinical skills supervision

• Supply supervisory cover

• Assist with referral triage screening and duty risk management

• Maintain a small, dedicated clinical caseload

• Help uphold and enhance clinical governance standards across all contracts

• Collaborate with the Clinical Performance Manager, Clinical Performance Coordinator, Customer Success Managers, and the broader clinical team

⛳️ Requirements

• Qualified Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner with an NHS Talking Therapies-approved qualification (PG Cert / Diploma in Low Intensity Interventions or equivalent)

• Current BABCP or BPS registration

• Significant post-qualification experience delivering Step 2 interventions in an adult primary care mental health environment

• Experience in providing clinical skills supervision, case management, and duty risk coverage

• Comprehensive understanding of NICE guidelines for common mental health conditions and low-intensity CBT frameworks

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Enhanced DBS Certificate with Adults and Children barrings

• Two favorable professional references

• Access to a secure laptop/PC equipped with standard security features

• Personal email address

• Experience with clinical audits, data quality reviews, and performance indicators is preferred

• Experience in leading Quality Improvement initiatives or designing and facilitating training modules is preferred

• Familiarity with IAPTus and Looker is preferred
