Senior Provider Relations Representative – IRF RCD

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Deliver education and training to network providers, staff, suppliers, physicians, beneficiaries, and referral agents.

• Create, prepare, review, and enhance provider education materials, which include web-based and computer-based training, outreach presentations, listserv articles, job aids, resource tools, and content for web pages.

• Organize and lead meetings, workshops, training sessions, and teleconferences.

• Build and maintain relationships with providers, provider groups, staff, suppliers, physicians, beneficiaries, referral agents, and medical/professional associations.

• Address educational requirements effectively.

• Serve as a liaison among internal divisions, stakeholder groups, and relevant state/federal agencies.

• Identify and resolve issues raised during meetings, workshops, and correspondence.

• Execute administrative tasks that support education and training initiatives.

• Generate reports for management and provide insights on activities.

• Participate in and complete special projects as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree is required.

• Equivalent qualifications: 4 years of job-related work experience or an Associate's Degree with 2 years of job-related work experience.

• A minimum of 4 years' experience in customer service, claims processing, communications, education/training, provider relations, healthcare, or a combination thereof.

• Candidates must reside in Alabama, Georgia, or Tennessee.

• Willingness to travel up to 3–5 days per week, including possible overnight travel on weekdays and weekends.

• This position is not eligible for sponsorship now or in the future.

• Proven experience in developing training materials.

• Proven abilities in delivering classroom presentations to large audiences.

• Familiarity with government healthcare programs and HIPAA policies and procedures.

• Competence in word processing, spreadsheet, and database software.

• Strong proficiency in spelling, punctuation, and grammar.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.

• Basic proficiency in business mathematics.

• Capability to persuade, negotiate, or influence others.

• Ability to manage confidential or sensitive information with discretion.

• Ability to identify learning objectives effectively.

• Strong course design skills utilizing various media and instructional methods.

• Capability to assess progress and conduct training sessions.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Ability to work an 8-hour shift during standard business hours from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
