Senior Provider Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Act as the main liaison for sub-advised provider partners.

• Oversee day-to-day management of provider relationships.

• Coordinate client initiatives in partnership with provider client teams.

• Spearhead provider-specific projects alongside provider business teams.

• Enhance service delivery and improvements for sponsor and provider relationships.

• Develop and implement the overall strategy for relationship management.

• Recognize and foresee client and provider needs, advocating for them within EFE.

• Carry out organizational priorities and corporate goals.

• Execute relationship strategies that foster engagement and enrollment opportunities.

• Comprehend provider clients’ retirement benefits strategies and objectives, aligning efforts to achieve shared goals.

• Lead provider service evaluations with support from EFE teams.

• Activate internal resources to address service requests and issues swiftly and accurately.

• Conduct annual due diligence assessments of provider-partner processes, procedures, and offerings.

• Experience in direct client-facing roles.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Professional presence and comfort in representing EFE in external settings.

• Capacity to engage with senior stakeholders effectively.

• Proven project management capabilities.

• Ability to handle multiple engagements and projects with meticulous attention to detail.

• Capacity to thrive in a dynamic, multitasking, and deadline-oriented environment.

• Proficiency in collaborating with various individuals and teams.

• Over 10 years of experience in Defined Contribution and/or financial services.

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
