Senior Project Specialist – Sponsor Dedicated

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish, manage, and finalize project files and study data within databases and systems.

• Oversee and disseminate study-specific and financial reports, which include vendor/site invoices, investigator payments, and forecasts.

• Facilitate internal and external meetings as instructed by the Project Lead.

• Compile and circulate meeting minutes and action items.

• Follow up with team members to ensure action items are completed.

• Track and evaluate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), relay them to the Project Lead, and suggest action plans.

• Create and deliver customer status reports under the supervision of the Project Lead.

• Archive study documents in accordance with relevant guidelines and policies.

• Represent projects during internal and external audits as needed.

• Assist with quality assurance tasks, audits, internal reviews, and the resolution of actionable issues.

• Act as the primary contact for customers in the absence of the Project Lead.

• Mentor and provide training for Project Specialists.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient knowledge of Veeva Clinical and Excel.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Strong organizational capabilities.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently to meet deadlines.

• Self-driven and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.

• In-depth understanding of GCP/ICH guidelines.

• Experience in clinical research.

• Familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements.

• Experience within the Oncology therapeutic area.
