Senior Project Manager – Strategic Implementations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +18 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee, track, and manage internal projects from inception to completion, with a primary focus on Payment Integrity products.

• Acquire necessary resources and handle budgets, risks, and changes through formal processes and tools.

• Ensure projects are completed on time, as per specifications, and within budget constraints.

• Offer mentorship and guidance based on experience for technical deployments on the HRP platform.

• Tailor project management methodologies and best practices to meet specific project requirements.

• Provide advice to project teams and stakeholders regarding project management principles, practices, and methodologies.

• Plan, implement, and oversee complex projects that align with organizational goals.

• Sanction project plans, budgets, and resource allocations while ensuring compliance with governance standards.

• Measure project performance against industry benchmarks, best practices, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Review project deliverables, milestones, and timelines to ensure timely and accurate completion.

• Mentor project managers and team members.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish effective project management frameworks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of Project Management experience in payment integrity or technical implementation of new products.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, able to operate with minimal direction.

• Proven ability to collaborate and work effectively within a team.

• Possess a growth mindset, adaptability, and a commitment to personal and professional development.

• Demonstrated execution and delivery skills, encompassing planning, delivery, and support.

• At least 3 years of experience on a technical project or related to the HRP Aetna commercial platform.

• Experience in executing technical implementations.

• Bachelor's degree preferred; specialized training or over 10 years of relevant professional experience is acceptable.
