Senior Project Manager – SAP SuccessFactors, Data Integration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive management of strategic Talent projects from initial planning through to deployment.

• Partner with stakeholders to outline project scope, requirements, and expected deliverables.

• Create and develop detailed cross-departmental project plans while effectively managing timelines.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to optimize staffing and resource utilization.

• Assess project risks and devise appropriate mitigation strategies.

• Formulate project budgets and manage both operational and capital expenditure costs.

• Relay project status, updates, and progress to stakeholders, team members, and leadership regularly.

• Set up project management best practices, quality standards, and testing protocols.

• Drive change management initiatives and the adoption of new systems and processes.

• Keep thorough project documentation, including plans, status reports, meeting notes, and lessons learned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.

• Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager in SAP SuccessFactors implementations and data integration projects.

• 5 to 7 years of industry experience, ideally in the Talent sector.

• Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.

• Relevant certifications such as PMP are advantageous.

• Strong leadership capabilities.

• Excellent project management skills, encompassing planning, organizing, and resource management.

• Effective written and verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Outstanding problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a sharp attention to detail.

• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.

• Proficiency in project management software tools.

• Ability to work efficiently with globally distributed teams in a virtual setting.

• Competence in utilizing approved AI tools at EY to enhance efficiencies.
