Project Coordinator, Market Access

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the daily project activities for assigned accounts, which encompass timelines, status updates, hot sheets, and project routing.

• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure effective communication, foresee potential challenges, and contribute to finding solutions.

• Aid in the setup, tracking, and reporting of projects within Workfront.

• Support programs with budgets ranging from $1M to $2M, and with growth, potentially oversee projects valued at $1M to $1.5M.

• Aid in budget tracking and reporting in collaboration with Project Management, Account, and Finance teams.

• Assist in organizing and leading internal status updates and project kickoff meetings.

• Provide proactive updates regarding timelines and resource allocation under supervision.

• Acquire and maintain knowledge of agency frameworks, clients, and regulatory processes.

• Help to address workflow issues and uphold operational efficiency and accountability.

• Engage in onboarding, training, and mentorship opportunities to enhance project management skills.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field is preferred.

• Over 1 year of experience in a professional setting is preferred.

• Background in Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, or related Life Sciences is a plus.

• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and Mac operating system is required.

• Ability to work in the country of employment without the need for employer sponsorship.

• Competencies in collaboration, adaptability, initiative, and accountability are essential.
