Junior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee small projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, and quality.

• Implement agile and appropriately scaled project management methodologies.

• Maintain logs for decisions, actions, risks, and issues.

• Coordinate with teams throughout the organization to ensure commitments are met on time.

• Collect updates and manage dashboards that reflect the health of the portfolio.

• Assist in reporting to business leaders and senior executives.

• Facilitate regular project meetings.

• Document essential decisions.

• Keep PMO tools updated as the definitive source of information.

• Streamline team administration and handle intake requests.

• Organize digital workspaces effectively.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of practical experience in project management, PMO, or operational roles.

• Experience in a technology-driven environment or software-related functions is preferred.

• Ability to manage time independently and prioritize tasks while working remotely.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Confidence in engaging with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

• Strong organizational skills and a commitment to high data accuracy standards.

• Proactive approach with the ability to identify risks before they escalate.

• Hands-on experience with project management software.

• Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).

• Basic understanding of the Software Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC).

• CAPM, PRINCE2 Foundation, or equivalent formal project management certification is advantageous.
