
Senior Project Manager – Power Conversion and Storage

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee significant energy projects with values ranging from $10M to $200M, focusing on utility-scale solar and battery energy storage systems.
• Establish customer confidence through effective communication, proactive problem-solving, and reliable delivery of commitments.
• Manage the complete contract lifecycle from finalization to closeout.
• Supervise reporting, receivables, change orders, and negotiation of claims.
• Enhance performance in areas such as safety, quality, scheduling, costs, margins, cash flow, and risk management.
• Coordinate cross-functional GE Vernova teams and business units to ensure smooth product delivery and commissioning.
• Convey project objectives, risks, opportunities, and strategies to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Promote an inclusive and engaged team atmosphere while achieving leading project management outcomes.
• Safeguard and enhance GE Vernova's reputation in the marketplace through professional and ethical project execution.
• Report directly to the Projects & Services Leader for the Americas Region.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in project management, customer management, or a related professional field.
• Proficiency in English communication skills, both written and verbal, including technical and commercial contexts.
• Proven track record in leading and inspiring multicultural and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of influencing individuals at all organizational levels.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
• Preferred experience in the design, procurement, or construction of solar and/or BESS power plants.
• Previous experience with GE Vernova Power Conversion and Storage products and processes is a plus.
• Background in Lean and continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Successful completion of a drug screening may be required, as applicable.
