Senior Project Manager, Performance Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Create Meta campaigns by analyzing audiences and developing copy, funnels, and creatives for launch.

• Assess and enhance campaign effectiveness along with Meta metrics.

• Substitute underperforming advertisements with fresh strategies and further refine successful content.

• Engage in comprehensive discussions with clients.

• Independently craft marketing strategies and formulate specific campaigns based on them.

• Act as the primary contact throughout ongoing projects.

• Assist Account Management with daily operations.

• Oversee deadlines, project progression, and quality assurance.

• Manage careers and landing pages.

• Conduct technical discussions with clients.

• Implement applicant management systems like Recruitee and Leadtable.

• In the medium term, further enhance in-house Social Ads, oversee quality management, and evolve into a subject-matter leadership role.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in performance marketing, specifically with Meta Ads.

• Fundamental knowledge of copywriting and campaign creation.

• Experience in a recruiting agency is preferred.

• Native-level proficiency in German for client interactions and copy assessment.

• Capacity to handle multiple projects at once.

• Solution-oriented prioritization and a methodical approach to work.

• Technical acumen in tracking, landing pages, and basic integrations.

• Familiarity with automation tools like Make is a plus.

• Confident use of AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude in daily tasks.

• Eagerness to take independent ownership of projects and their outcomes.
