This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +1 more country.
• Oversee comprehensive quantitative research projects from initiation to the delivery of unprocessed data sets (no analysis included).
• Grasp client goals and create customized research strategies.
• Clearly articulate client requirements to both internal and external teams.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients during the project phases including kickoff, questionnaire design, fieldwork, and final delivery.
• Proactively monitor project progress and provide timely updates to clients.
• Develop and sustain robust client relationships to enhance satisfaction and promote long-term retention.
• Guide clients through the onboarding process on the Potloc Platform to maximize their experience and efficiency.
• Contribute to enhancements in processes and products by proposing new features and workflows.
• Work collaboratively with an international team of Project Managers based in Europe, Canada, India, and LATAM.
• 7–12 years of experience as a Project Manager within the Market Research sector.
• Demonstrated capability to efficiently manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.
• Solid understanding of sampling methodologies (such as CATI, CAWI, etc.).
• Experience in designing questionnaires (both creation and optimization).
• Highly self-sufficient, results-oriented, and proactive.
• Possess strong judgment with a proven ability to resolve challenges promptly and effectively.
• Proficient at managing multiple complex projects concurrently across various phases of the customer journey.
• Capable of performing well under pressure while upholding high-quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
• Experience with consulting and private equity firms is advantageous.
• Must be available during North American working hours, including occasional weekends as project demands require.
