📋 Description

• Define the scope and priorities for the initial release.

• Facilitate collaboration among business stakeholders, IT teams, and the implementation partner.

• Oversee delivery plans, budget, risks, and changes.

• Keep sponsors updated and assist in making informed decisions.

• Prepare users for the new platform through training and adoption initiatives.

• Assume responsibility for daily delivery operations.

• Launch the first release and set the stage for a broader international rollout.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in senior project or programme management.

• Successfully led an enterprise business-system implementation from the initial planning phase to go-live.

• Experience in delivering a contract management, legal matter management, document management, or a similar system that supports Legal or Procurement.

• Managed delivery efforts involving Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Dataverse, or SharePoint.

• Collaborated with senior stakeholders and external implementation partners within an international organization.

• Proficient in balancing structured project governance with agile delivery methodologies.

• Familiarity with regulated environments, data migration, or e-signature integrations is advantageous.

• Must be available for Central European working hours and willing to travel occasionally.

• A CV and a brief overview of relevant experience are required for application.
