Senior Project Manager, EPM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete delivery of Jedox EPM implementation projects for major clients.

• Manage projects to guarantee their timely and successful completion within defined parameters.

• Coordinate with clients, internal teams including R&D, and executive stakeholders.

• Supervise the gathering of requirements, planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery processes.

• Maintain project documentation while ensuring adherence to internal standards and compliance.

• Organize and manage project resources effectively.

• Track project timelines, hours, budgets, and scope diligently.

• Identify project risks and apply mitigation strategies accordingly.

• Monitor milestones and relay status updates to stakeholders and executive management.

• Provide feedback on customer projects to enhance Jedox products and services.

• Assist with other implementation-related tasks and projects as needed.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of practical experience in IT project management.

• Over 8 years of professional experience in the IT consulting field.

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is expected.

• A Master’s degree is considered an advantage.

• Demonstrated success in delivering finance transformation projects (CPM/EPM, ERP, BI).

• Capability to manage cross-functional teams, project resources, budgets, and scope effectively.

• Familiarity with project management methodologies, tools, and frameworks.

• Certifications in PRINCE2, PMI, or IPMA are beneficial.

• Ability to interact with senior stakeholders and operational teams while adapting communication style.

• A customer-focused approach.

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

• A proactive, structured, and dependable working style.

• Proficiency in German.

• Business-fluent English skills.
