Senior Project Manager, Construction

📋 Description

• Provide outstanding project management services

• Oversee and manage all facets of projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution

• Work in partnership with internal teams and external stakeholders to guarantee project success

• Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and adhere to quality standards

• Offer leadership and direction to project teams

• Establish and nurture relationships with clients, comprehending their goals and objectives

• Advocate for JLL's values and promote a culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and belonging

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, etc.)

• PMP certification or an equivalent project management certification

• A minimum of 7 years of project management experience, ideally within the commercial real estate sector

• Proven success in managing complex projects from start to finish

• Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams

• Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously

• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment

• Must possess authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship

• A Master's degree in a related field is preferred

• Experience in leading projects across various sectors, such as office, retail, industrial, and healthcare is preferred

• Demonstrated experience in change management and fostering innovation is preferred

• Familiarity with construction processes and building codes is preferred

• Proficiency in project management software and tools is preferred
