Senior Project Manager, Client Services – Temporary

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Oversee annual budgets for cases or clients.

β€’ Advise clients on best practices for eDiscovery.

β€’ Determine optimal project strategies to lower costs, enhance delivery speed, and leverage Lighthouse technologies for improved client satisfaction.

β€’ Organize, track, and manage project communications for pod members, both internally and externally.

β€’ Offer consultation on workflows.

β€’ Propel the establishment of standards.

β€’ Engage in daily eDiscovery support operations.

β€’ Address client inquiries and provide guidance on the scope, execution, and delivery of compliant solutions.

β€’ Educate and mentor team members on workflows and eDiscovery best practices.

β€’ Generate client work orders for data processing, review, and production tasks.

β€’ Clearly convey scope and deadline expectations to both internal and external stakeholders.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent level of experience; a Master's degree or JD is advantageous.

β€’ A minimum of 6 years of professional experience.

β€’ At least four years of experience in e-Discovery project management.

β€’ Over 5 years of successful experience in a law department, law firm, legal consulting firm, or eDiscovery provider.

β€’ Proficiency in Relativity is required.

β€’ Exceptional eDiscovery skills.

β€’ Familiarity with, or the ability to quickly learn, a comprehensive understanding of Lighthouse workflows, internal tools, and documentation.

β€’ Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

β€’ Project management capabilities to foster client relationships and see projects through to completion.

β€’ Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.

β€’ Adaptability and flexibility to manage a fluctuating and expanding workload.

β€’ Ability to interpret both written and verbal instructions.

β€’ Proficient in using a computer, communicating over the phone, and reading printed materials.

β€’ May be required to be on call periodically and to work during evenings and weekends.
