Senior Project Manager, Client Services – Temporary

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee annual budgets for cases or clients.

• Advise clients on best practices for eDiscovery.

• Determine optimal project strategies to lower costs, enhance delivery speed, and leverage Lighthouse technologies for improved client satisfaction.

• Organize, track, and manage project communications for pod members, both internally and externally.

• Offer consultation on workflows.

• Propel the establishment of standards.

• Engage in daily eDiscovery support operations.

• Address client inquiries and provide guidance on the scope, execution, and delivery of compliant solutions.

• Educate and mentor team members on workflows and eDiscovery best practices.

• Generate client work orders for data processing, review, and production tasks.

• Clearly convey scope and deadline expectations to both internal and external stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent level of experience; a Master's degree or JD is advantageous.

• A minimum of 6 years of professional experience.

• At least four years of experience in e-Discovery project management.

• Over 5 years of successful experience in a law department, law firm, legal consulting firm, or eDiscovery provider.

• Proficiency in Relativity is required.

• Exceptional eDiscovery skills.

• Familiarity with, or the ability to quickly learn, a comprehensive understanding of Lighthouse workflows, internal tools, and documentation.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Project management capabilities to foster client relationships and see projects through to completion.

• Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.

• Adaptability and flexibility to manage a fluctuating and expanding workload.

• Ability to interpret both written and verbal instructions.

• Proficient in using a computer, communicating over the phone, and reading printed materials.

• May be required to be on call periodically and to work during evenings and weekends.
