📋 Description

• Take ownership of projects from the signing of contracts through to post-launch, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to scope, and budget compliance.

• Transform contracts into detailed work breakdowns with estimates, and finalize the discovery phase alongside the Solution Architect.

• Maintain a robust backlog that includes solution design traceability, acceptance criteria, estimates, and dependencies.

• Ensure project documentation is thorough, including recording and organizing project meetings.

• Manage projects on a weekly basis by effectively communicating budget consumption, risks, mitigations, blockers, dependencies, and overall status.

• Oversee scope alterations via change control processes.

• Cultivate customer relationships and promote team well-being.

• Address customer escalations and present rebaselines and change orders as necessary.

• Provide mentorship to Project Managers.

• Develop templates, dashboards, and operational practices for the PMO.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

• A minimum of seven years managing software implementation projects with a contracted budget for enterprise clients.

• Strong preference for experience with Commerce, PIM, or ERP integration projects within the Microsoft ecosystem.

• Proven experience delivering projects using an AI-accelerated methodology.

• Demonstrated ability to convert a Statement of Work and change orders into a work breakdown that aligns with the contract.

• Familiarity with Dynamics 365 from the project perspective.

• Proficiency with work management, time tracking, and financial tools.

• Capable of drafting work definitions and acceptance criteria.

• Skilled in managing conversations and change orders with enterprise customers.

• Ability to analyze budget burn and respond to any deviations.

• Competent in handling multiple accounts simultaneously.

• Regular use and evaluation of AI tools.
