Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Lead the effective implementation of intricate projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule and within financial constraints through careful scope definition, planning, resource allocation, and progress monitoring.

• Develop and execute detailed plans for projects involving multiple releases.

• Engage with stakeholders and deliver both internal and external project updates.

• Set and track project metrics and KPIs, generating reports tailored for various audiences.

• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks across different project streams; formulate strategies and escalate crucial issues as needed.

• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships, manage expectations, communicate openly, and ensure alignment with project goals.

• Oversee project advancement, provide constructive feedback and mentorship, and address any performance-related challenges.

• Promote teamwork, communication, and knowledge sharing among project teams and within the project management competency branch.

• Implement initiatives aimed at team performance and professional development, which include training and mentorship for both team members and clients.

• Recognize opportunities for project enhancement and growth, contributing to strategic planning and innovative solutions.

• Take part in cross-functional discussions to ensure project alignment with organizational objectives and strategic priorities.

• Contribute to a Payment Orchestration Platform aimed at enhancing transaction processing, boosting operational efficiency, and providing a seamless user experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in managing and delivering complex projects with teams comprising over 20 full-time employees, utilizing delivery excellence methodologies.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Proven experience in stakeholder management, including managing expectations, resolving conflicts, and ensuring project alignment.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.

• Experience in coordinating and managing interdependencies across multiple project streams.

• Capability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams while facilitating communication across various project streams.

• Proficient in managing projects within Agile, Waterfall, and similar methodologies, including establishing frameworks from the ground up.

• Extensive involvement in project competencies and best practices, encompassing QA, development, business analysis, DevOps, and architecture.

• Experience in leveraging data to pinpoint improvement areas and enhance program performance.

• Outstanding organizational and time management skills.

• Proactive approach with a results-driven mindset.

• Availability to work within the EU time zone (UTC+1/UTC+2).
