📋 Description

• Collaborate with diverse teams to guarantee the effective execution of marketing initiatives and projects.

• Track project advancement, budgets, and schedules to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.

• Partner with team leaders to proactively plan and oversee resource allocation.

• Work alongside the Director of Operations to manage account budgets, forecasts, and financial outcomes.

• Identify avenues for revenue enhancement and cost efficiency while upholding profitability.

• Oversee project management of internal resources to ensure successful project completion.

• Report directly to the Managing Partner of Innovation and Growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in communications, business, project management, or a related discipline.

• 4-8 years of experience in project management within a pharmaceuticals marketing agency.

• Demonstrated success in building and managing client relationships.

• Experience in delivering effective marketing solutions in the pharmaceutical sector.

• Strong grasp of medical, legal, and regulatory compliance.

• Familiarity with the MLR submission and approval processes in the United States and/or Canada.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Proficient in project management systems and tools.

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Willingness to work during Eastern time zone hours.

• Candidate must reside in the United States or Canada.
