This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee all facets of IT projects, including scope, schedule, resources, quality, costs, and change management.
• Ensure project delivery is within scope, on schedule, and within budget.
• Manage the expectations and requirements of internal, partner, and customer stakeholders.
• Plan and execute IT solution development projects.
• Collaborate with delivery and sales leadership to enhance business value and support Presidio’s objectives.
• Create and maintain project schedules utilizing relevant tools.
• Address and escalate budget, schedule, and scope challenges.
• Facilitate Scrum meetings, project meetings, and technical deep-dive sessions.
• Ensure that deadlines and financial targets are achieved.
• Maintain thorough project documentation and reports.
• Serve as a liaison between business and technical project functions.
• Lead cross-functional, virtual, and offshore teams.
• Develop project plans that track tasks, schedules, risks, and issues for project and client teams.
• Ensure projects align with Presidio’s strategic goals.
• Act as a trusted advisor by clarifying client outcomes and shaping delivery for measurable value.
• Cultivate consultative customer partnerships and identify new opportunities.
• Advocate for a customer-first approach throughout project delivery.
• Support the Cloud Services Project Management Office on critical, complex, enterprise-level client initiatives.
• Deliver professional services projects in Cloud Infrastructure and DevOps.
• Coordinate communication regarding timelines, KPIs, Agile Scrum standups, sprints, and delivery timelines to client stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, including military experience.
• 7+ years of experience in IT project management and general IT consulting.
• Proven skills in Project Management Institute methodologies, Agile, SCRUM, Kanban, and Waterfall.
• Ability to manage Agile/Scrum/Kanban/Waterfall processes for delivering new applications and modernizing existing ones.
• Proficiency in Confluence, Jira, and Microsoft Project.
• Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and/or Azure cloud technologies and application stacks in the cloud.
• PMP or a similar professional certification is preferred.
• CSM or a similar professional certification is preferred.
• AWS Cloud Practitioner or a comparable certification is preferred.
• Azure Fundamentals or a similar certification is preferred.
• Experience leading projects that utilize AWS and/or Azure technologies is preferred.
• Strong skills in time management, analytical thinking, communication, leadership, team building, motivation, and customer service.
• Excellent client-facing communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to learn swiftly, adapt to changes, and remain updated on emerging technologies and tools.
• Demonstrated consultative mindset with the ability to link technology solutions to business outcomes.
• Customer-first orientation and capability to align stakeholders around client success.
