This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Act as the main point of contact between the Contractor and the client for all project-related matters.
• Supervise the planning, execution, and delivery of all projects in line with contract stipulations, budgetary limits, timelines, and resource availability.
• Direct and coordinate contractor personnel and resources to ensure timely and effective project implementation.
• Lead or engage in workgroups or committees established by Peraton or the client.
• Provide frequent and precise project updates utilizing Microsoft Project or similar tools.
• Ensure that all phases of the project lifecycle adhere to established project management methodologies and best practices.
• Oversee Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), quality assurance processes, and incident management protocols.
• Ensure the provision of telecom and infrastructure services, encompassing MPLS, SD-WAN, VPN, Firewall, and CPE deployment.
• Manage agency-specific customizations, onboarding processes, and migration schedules.
• Lead teams in engineering, NOC/SOC, field services, customer support, and business operations.
• Oversee vendors and subcontractors across intricate, multi-phase projects.
• High School diploma with 10 years of experience, which may include supervisory or leadership roles.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Capable of passing a Florida State Department background check.
• Proven track record in managing complex, multi-phase IT and network service projects.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and handle multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, Agile, Lean Six Sigma).
• Proficient in Microsoft Project with the capability to maintain detailed and current project documentation.
• Exceptional communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Familiarity with E-Rate, Universal Service Fund (USF), and compliance-driven delivery mandates.
• Knowledgeable in CPE deployment, circuit provisioning, and site migration processes.
• Comprehension of enterprise WAN architecture (e.g., MPLS, SD-WAN, VPN, Firewalls, NOC/SOC operations).
• Skilled in conducting root cause analysis and developing corrective action plans (RCA/CAP).
• Capable of managing both internal project teams and external vendors or subcontractors.
• Leads cross-disciplinary teams including engineering, NOC/SOC, field services, customer support, and business operations.
• Experience managing a large program exceeding $30M with multiple vendors/suppliers.
• Required certification: Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master, CompTIA Project+, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher, or another equivalent project management certification approved in writing by DMS.
• Preferred: Background in working with public sector agencies or large government contracts.
• Preferred: Knowledge of telecommunications or network infrastructure projects.
