Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for daily project updates, tracking timelines, and reporting status across the team.

• Keep project timelines updated as set by the Lead Program Manager, identify risks, and adjust task priorities as deadlines change.

• Oversee multiple projects and clients simultaneously while managing competing priorities.

• Direct and coordinate multidisciplinary and multicultural project teams, which include internal stakeholders, the Product Manager, and external agency partners.

• Organize external agency tasks related to UX, wireframes, and visual identity.

• Perform visual and functional quality assurance on Figma files.

• Predict downstream effects, link workstreams, and proactively identify risks.

• Negotiate timelines, scope, and priorities with stakeholders and agency partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar discipline.

• Senior-level Project Management experience, preferably in digital or marketing settings.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and/or clients concurrently.

• Experience in leading multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.

• Familiarity with digital teams and hands-on experience with Figma, including visual and functional quality assurance.

• Proficiency in creating and maintaining project timelines in dynamic environments.

• Full professional fluency in Portuguese and Spanish, both written and verbal.

• Advanced English proficiency necessary for collaboration with US clients.
