Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary contact for clients, providing them with guidance as a trusted partner.

• Take charge of brand and branding projects from the initial concept stage to the go-live phase.

• Organize and coordinate interdisciplinary teams, schedules, and budgets.

• Oversee scope, costs, quality, and deadlines throughout the project lifecycle.

• Ensure that milestones are achieved while maintaining high-quality standards in branding efforts.

• Handle forecasting, financial oversight, and analysis of costs post-project.

• Proactively plan resources while keeping commercial viability in focus.

• Identify chances to enhance client accounts and fortify client relationships.

• Lead workshops and meetings, fostering effective decision-making.

• Maintain high quality standards and serve as a knowledgeable sparring partner.

• Tackle challenges with a solutions-focused mindset and introduce new trends and ideas.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management.

• Preference for candidates with experience in branding or digital environments.

• Proven ability to manage complex projects effectively.

• Strong understanding of effective brand mechanics, with the capability to translate brand needs into project decisions and workflows.

• Exceptional organizational abilities and a structured approach to work.

• Strong skills in stakeholder management.

• Proficient in managing risk and scope confidently.

• Solid grasp of numbers, budgets, and profitability metrics.

• Composed, confident, and solution-driven demeanor.

• Ability to work independently and take proactive responsibility.

• A strong team player who appreciates collaborative and respectful working relationships.
