Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring exceptional quality while managing timelines, budgets, and client expectations.

• Implement continuous improvement initiatives and enhance existing processes.

• Retain responsibility for project financials, including budget management, invoicing, and vendor selection/payment.

• Manage client expectations and negotiate reasonable agreements that align with project requirements and feasibility.

• Strategically plan projects and apply best practices and processes.

• Supervise Localization Leads/Engineers and coordinate efforts across both internal and external teams.

• Engage in effective communication with clients and team members through both verbal and written channels.

• Facilitate and lead conference calls, and meet clients and team members face-to-face.

• Create and prepare comprehensive process documentation.

• Conduct risk assessments, develop mitigation strategies, and strategically organize activities to alleviate project issues.

• Address escalations, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (RCA/CAPA).

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, business, or management-related fields, or demonstrable commercial experience.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management, leading internal teams, and liaising with external enterprise customers.

• Exceptional proficiency in both verbal and written English.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and improvisational skills.

• Proactive attitude with excellent communication capabilities.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Team-oriented mindset—you will be part of a supportive team environment.

• Solid coordination and organizational skills.

• Flexibility in working hours.

• PMI and/or Lean Six Sigma certification is advantageous.
