This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Provide assistance to project executives on various projects and tasks
• Create project scope and timeline for designated assignments
• Identify and mitigate potential risks, logistical challenges, budget issues, and scope concerns
• Manage and monitor Vendor Request For Proposals (RFPs)
• Engage and negotiate with contractors as well as subcontractors
• Generate and revise project status updates
• Process invoices, refresh tracking documents, and maintain financial and due-diligence records
• Monitor project outcomes against timelines and critical paths
• Oversee subcontractor activities and the relocation of technical operations
• Proactively ensure client and project needs are met in a timely and cost-efficient manner
• Assist the Local Project Development Services team in achieving Regional and National Adjusted Gross Margin goals
• Utilize Project Development Services technology as needed for assigned projects
• At least 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience – or a mix of applicable work experience, education, or equivalent military service
• Capability to prepare and monitor budgets
• Familiarity with technical requirements pertaining to business relocations, construction, and renovation projects
• Ability to adapt and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in both fast-paced team settings and independent environments
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written) with the ability to effectively communicate with architects, contractors, client representatives, and team members
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Must have authorization to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship
• Preferred: Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
• Preferred: Experience in construction management or real estate
• Preferred: Knowledge of architectural drawings and furniture and space planning concepts
• Preferred: LEED, AIA, PE, and/or PMP certification
