This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete delivery process for implementations, cloud migrations, and operational projects for high-revenue enterprise clients.

• Manage project planning, budgeting, and time tracking while providing regular status updates directly to executives.

• Develop and implement standard procedures for Professional Services engagements in close collaboration with other internal teams.

• Facilitate coordination among engineering, technical support, and security teams to ensure accountability.

• Serve as the main link between technical teams and clients, translating technical challenges and operational milestones into clear and actionable updates for clients.

• Proactively identify technical and operational bottlenecks and act as the primary point of contact and escalation path for clients during complex delivery phases.

• Create, monitor, and maintain scalable project workflows that offer clear visibility to both internal teams and clients.

• Ensure that all project activities and technical transfers adhere to healthcare compliance and security standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7 to 10+ years of dedicated experience in project management.

• Prior hands-on experience in IT operations, systems administration, cloud infrastructure, or engineering.

• Essential experience with the Atlassian software platform (Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management) for project tracking, workflow configuration, and documentation.

• Demonstrated success in managing large project portfolios and delivering enterprise projects in a highly regulated environment.

• Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal).

• Ability to work autonomously.

• Strong critical thinking abilities.

• PMP Certification – Preferred.
