πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Act as the primary point of responsibility for various strategic payment projects from their inception to successful completion.

β€’ Foster accountability among cross-functional teams, ensuring that commitments are fulfilled regardless of organizational hierarchy or reporting lines.

β€’ Detect project risks early on, actively eliminate obstacles, and escalate issues with mitigation strategies and suggested solutions.

β€’ Conduct executive-level status meetings, offering succinct updates, clear decisions, and actionable follow-up steps.

β€’ Maintain responsibility for project plans, dependencies, risks, decisions, and action items.

β€’ Establish scalable project governance through detailed plans, transparent reporting, proactive risk management, and actionable communications for executives.

β€’ Develop and sustain positive working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

β€’ Facilitate project retrospectives to pinpoint areas for enhancement and implement necessary adjustments.

β€’ Execute high-visibility payment projects that encompass product, engineering, operations, customer success, and executive leadership.

β€’ Travel to quarterly events, on-site partner meetings, the Denver headquarters, or other North American locations as necessary.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field; PMP certification is preferred.

β€’ A minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management.

β€’ Strongly preferred experience in delivering complex payment processing, merchant onboarding, or embedded payment integrations.

β€’ Required advanced proficiency in Asana, including the ability to build project plans, manage dependencies, create dashboards, reporting, automations, portfolios, and executive reporting.

β€’ Comfortable presenting to Directors, Vice Presidents, and executive leadership, while navigating challenging discussions, resolving conflicts, and driving decisions.

β€’ Capable of functioning effectively in uncertain situations and establishing structure where none currently exists.

β€’ Proven ability to prioritize competing initiatives in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

β€’ Documented history of successfully delivering multiple complex, cross-functional initiatives with quantifiable business results.

β€’ Must be eligible to work without sponsorship.
