• Oversee large-scale, intricate enterprise implementations at a program level rather than focusing on individual projects.

• Establish delivery strategies and navigate complex governance frameworks across multiple workstreams.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders.

• Address critical escalations as they occur.

• Foster collaboration among business, technical, and operational teams throughout the program.

• Drive significant organizational change that extends beyond the mechanics of a single delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

• 6 to 10 years of experience in project management within ERP, software implementation, or technology consulting settings.

• Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish, in written and spoken forms.

• NetSuite SuiteFoundation or PMP certification is mandatory.

• Certifications such as CAPM, PRINCE2, PSM, CSM, SAFe, NetSuite Certified Administrator, and NetSuite ERP Consultant are viewed as significant advantages.
