Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee intricate digital projects and programs from start to finish, managing scope, timelines, roadmaps, resources, and budgets.

• Convert client business objectives into implementable project plans, roadmaps, and execution strategies.

• Take ownership of delivery documents, including SOWs, plans, resource trackers, status reports, risk/issue logs, and closure presentations.

• Identify, manage, and mitigate project-related risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions.

• Adapt Agile, hybrid-Agile, or waterfall methodologies according to project requirements.

• Optimize delivery workflows and status reporting through the use of AI tools and intelligent automation.

• Develop reusable prompts, templates, and best practices within the Project Management discipline.

• Ensure delivery accountability and guardrails on agentic engagements, guaranteeing human review and approval of AI-assisted outputs.

• Organize work between AI agents and team members, maintaining review gates and risk logs.

• Manage agentic failure modes and set access/permission boundaries for agents.

• Align client expectations with an agentic operating model and provide outcome-based metrics.

• Act as the primary client liaison, offering proactive updates on progress, milestones, and scope alterations.

• Facilitate strategy sessions, UX reviews, demonstrations, workshops, and client meetings.

• Handle complex stakeholder discussions and manage expectations.

• Collaborate with Client Services and account leadership to identify growth opportunities and align business value.

• Lead cross-functional teams in Strategy, Design, Engineering, QA, and Data.

• Guide, mentor, and coach Project Managers and Coordinators.

• Address team friction and steer teams towards solution-oriented outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8+ years of experience leading end-to-end digital solution delivery in consulting or agency settings for enterprise clients.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with senior client leadership (Director, VP, C-suite).

• Proficient in Agile and waterfall delivery frameworks.

• Familiarity with modern digital ecosystems, including Composable/Headless CMS, E-commerce, Loyalty, Personalization, and Analytics.

• Skilled in JIRA, Confluence, Notion, Instagantt, Smartsheet, and Google Suite.

• Extensive knowledge of the software development lifecycle, CI/CD, and delivery workflows across product, design, development, and QA.

• Experience leading headless implementations across e-commerce, CMS, Loyalty, Identity, and Personalization platforms.

• Understanding of AI, machine learning, data analytics, cloud computing, and platform integrations.

• Practical experience with LLMs such as Claude or Gemini and AI workflows.

• Ability to critically assess AI outputs for accuracy, quality, and strategic alignment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• High emotional intelligence and ability to navigate conflicts effectively.

• Customer-focused leadership, a coaching mindset, resilience, and adaptability.

• Direct experience with agentic delivery, BMAD methodology, Markdown, CLI-based AI tools, MCP connectors, reusable AI skills/agents/automations, and relevant AI certifications are significant advantages.

• Experience in Commerce and/or Loyalty, a background in Computer Science, PMP/Agile/Scrum Master certification, and experience in AI or agentic product delivery are desirable.

• Preferred candidates should be based in Canada and have working hours aligned with ET.
