Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee Professional Services projects from initiation to completion, employing standard project management methodologies.

• Direct project planning and budgeting efforts.

• Organize and lead workstreams of cross-functional project teams.

• Advocate for the Statement of Work.

• Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.

• Monitor project progress and variations.

• Recognize project risks in collaboration with clients and internal teams.

• Create and implement risk mitigation plans within a structured escalation framework.

• Establish tracking and reporting metrics to ensure transparency regarding project status.

• Promote effective and collaborative communication with clients and stakeholders.

• Act as the primary contact for project escalation issues.

• Assist the Regional Director in executive steering committees.

• Facilitate collaboration among Consultants, Architects, the Project Management Office, Cloud Operations, Product, Support, Partners, and other key stakeholders.

• Aid in the growth of new business opportunities and the expansion of existing projects.

• Engage in proposal development and budget estimation processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience leading successful implementations of COTS software/platform-based solutions for Tier-1 government clients.

• At least 5 years managing projects with budgets exceeding $1M, lasting over 12 months, and involving multiple government departments or groups.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.

• Proficient in selecting suitable strategies and tools for planning and monitoring complex projects while driving teams toward high productivity.

• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple complex projects at different stages of delivery.

• Ability to understand and apply new technologies and methodologies effectively.

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or a related technical degree program.

• Familiarity with formal project management tools such as MS-Project and Visio.

• Strong technical foundation with prior experience in enterprise-class software delivery.

• Excellent analytical skills with experience in managing technical and project management challenges.

• Exceptional organizational skills with the capacity to handle competing client demands.

• Capability to engage and communicate effectively with CxO-level executives.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Knowledge of permitting and licensing is a plus.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
