Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive delivery of slot games by collaborating with creative, technical, QA, and business teams.

• Propel the execution process from initial concept and planning stages through development, testing, certification, release, and post-release activities.

• Manage planning, prioritization, estimation, and routine delivery check-ins.

• Coordinate interdependencies among Game Design, Art, Animation, Math, Development, QA, and other departments.

• Balance project delivery commitments and business priorities with the iterative nature of creative tasks.

• Keep track of project status, milestones, dependencies, obstacles, and delivery risks.

• Recognize delivery risks, facilitate their resolution, and escalate issues when necessary.

• Ensure clear communication of priorities, expectations, and responsibilities while minimizing unnecessary process overhead.

• Assist in refining development workflows and processes.

• Prepare delivery reports for the CPO, leadership, and stakeholders.

• Foster communication and decision-making among teams and stakeholders.

• Promote documentation and knowledge sharing across projects and teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Project Management, including at least 1 year of practical experience in iGaming within a slot development studio.

• Familiarity with the complete slot game development lifecycle, from concept and pre-production to development, testing, certification, release, and post-release support.

• Proven experience in coordinating cross-functional teams, including Game Design, Art, Animation, Math, Development, and QA.

• Strong grasp of Agile delivery methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.

• Experience with delivery plans, priorities, milestones, dependencies, risks, and team capacity management.

• Proficient with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, or similar platforms.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Capability to offer structure and predictability in the face of shifting priorities and creative ambiguity.

• Strong organizational skills, ownership mentality, and the ability to identify and escalate delivery risks proactively.

• High degree of flexibility and adaptability.

• English proficiency at B2+ level.

• Nice to have: Experience as a Product Owner or hybrid PM/PO; knowledge of game design and slot mechanics; understanding of RTP, volatility, math models, features, bonuses, and gameplay impact; experience in game certification, compliance, and regulated gambling markets; familiarity with LiveOps and post-release game performance.
