Senior Project Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce and IT transformation projects, encompassing scoping, planning, implementation, and closure.

• Establish project objectives, define scope, set timelines, manage resource planning, and determine the delivery approach.

• Oversee project performance, budgets, timelines, quality of delivery, and associated risks.

• Implement project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and industry best practices.

• Serve as the primary liaison for clients, stakeholders, and internal delivery teams.

• Facilitate workshops, steering committees, and status meetings in both English and German.

• Ensure that solutions align with clients' business objectives, operational processes, and scalability requirements.

• Lead cross-functional teams across international borders.

• Contribute to the growth and development of the Business Consulting Practice by implementing standard processes, quality benchmarks, and team development frameworks.

• Participate in proposals, client presentations, demonstrations, and solution planning during the pre-sales phase.

• Identify additional value opportunities and provide suggestions for optimization and innovation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in consulting or a related field.

• Proven track record as a Project Lead or Project Manager utilizing agile methodologies in overseeing IT projects.

• Experience in a Functional Lead or Business Analyst role on Salesforce Sales, Service, or Commerce projects.

• At least 5 years of expertise in gathering functional requirements.

• Experience working in multi-country project environments, adept at navigating business and IT stakeholder dynamics.

• Strong understanding of IT project delivery, including CRM systems, digital platforms, and implementation processes.

• Comprehensive knowledge of prevalent project management methodologies and tools.

• Proficient in stakeholder management and requirements engineering.

• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.

• A proactive and solution-oriented approach.

• Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects concurrently.

• Experience in remote and international team settings.

• Willingness to travel as needed.

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
